- Muscle building individuals know the value of milk protein for building their bodies. That is why almost all protein drinks include milk protein in them.
- Glutathione is vital to the liver’s ability to keep the body clean of toxins. When someone overdoses on Tylenol, the patient is given the amino acid L-Acetyl Cysteine, which produces glutathione in the body. It can save the person’s life. A search on the internet of foods that contain glutathione will help you decide what foods to eat. Raw Milk is one of the highest sources.
- Cholesterol has gotten a bad reputation in the past several decades, due to lies put out by scientists and drug companies. The entire measurement of cholesterol is a scam and has little validity, except that a higher amount of cholesterol in the blood stream means the liver is putting out more cholesterol in order to keep the body in a proper balance. Bad fats and oils, that are heated or in some way degraded from their natural state will not do for the body what is required, so the liver produces more in order to try to keep the body in good shape. When good, natural, whole, unrefined fats and oils are eaten then the liver has no problem creating what is needed and thus less is needed to be produced. This is my own summary from a great deal of reading I have done on this subject and my observations of tests of my own cholesterol levels compared to people that are said to have high levels of ‘bad’ cholesterol.
- I have proof that raw milk will grow bones that are practically un-breakable. The personal experience here is my fall from a ladder, onto the ladder – a drop of about 10 feet. I landed on my back, on my rib cage on my left side. In order for the bones to not break it meant that the bones had to be very flexible and strong. All that I sustained was some badly strained muscles that are attached to the rib cage, but no sign of any cracked or broken bones. When a bone breaks or cracks there is severe pain. Bones have nerves in them also. I give the credit entirely to raw milk because it has all of the nutrition required to build strong bones, and I have been drinking it all of my life. It is quite difficult to match the required nutrition eating other foods. I have not read of any studies done to show what various diets can do for bone strength. It is obvious from the ease of bone breakage that people have who do not drink raw milk, that the normal diet in America produces very brittle bones. To actually break a hip bone from a fall down to the floor from a standing position proves how inadequate the normal diet is.
- Raw milk substantially strengthens the immune system, making an individual much less vulnerable to disease of any kind. This statement comes from my own experience when drinking various amounts of raw milk in a day over several weeks or months. The more raw milk I drink the less problems I have with any type of disease, including simple colds. This view is reinforced by one of our employee’s own testimony that drinking raw milk has made him less vulnerable to colds.
